4. Double-click on Agilent_IO_libs,thenonSetup.exe and follow the

instructions (accept the default settings).

Library Upgrade

1. Make sure your computer and monitor are turned on.

2. Place the E5500 Phase Noise Measurement Software CD-ROM in the

CD-ROM drive.

3. The following dialog box will appear.
