Exchanging the Wash Seals
Exchanging the Wash Seals
Tools required:
❏4-mm hexagonal key
❏Insert tool
Parts:
❏Wash Seal 0905-1175
❏Gasket, seal wash (pack of 6) 5062-2484
1 Disassemble the pump head assembly (see
“Removing and Disassembling the Pump
Head Assembly” on page 110).
2 Remove the seal keeper and the seal wash
support rings from the plunger housing.
Remove the seal keeper from the support ring
assembly.
3 Using the blade of a flat-blade screwdriver
remove the seal wash gasket and the
secondary seal from the support ring.
