To initialize the hourly study
1 From Agent Manager or OpenView NNM, select one or
more agents.
2 Choose Performance➤RMON Statistics➤ Historical
Statistics
➤Hourly…
3 If needed, select the interface to use.
4 Confirm that you want to initialize the agent.
By default, the hourly (5-second) study is configured for HP LanProbes,
but not for many standard RMON agents.
To display the hourly study on one of these standard RMON agents, first
initialize the agent for the hourly study. The initialization process
creates the necessary RMON entries for the Historical Statistics hourly
study, if possible.
