STATus:QUEStionable:CONDition? returns the contents of the Questionable
Signal Condition Register. Reading the register does not affect its contents.

:QUEStionable:ENABle
STATus:QUEStionable:ENABle <unmask> specifies which bits of the
Questionable Signal Event Register are included in its Summary bit. The Summary
bit is the bit-for-bit logical AND of the Event Register and the unmasked bit(s).
