Front Panel Sequence Setup

Importing a tsv file into a spreadsheet

The tab separated value (tsv) file can be imported into a spreadsheet for ease of viewing and subsequent

editing. To do this, open the spreadsheet and select

File, Open. In the Open dialog box, change the Files

of type:

entry to Text Files (*.prn; *.txt; *.csv)

Select a .txt file to open, and select

Open. The Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3 dialog box opens. The

Text Wizard detects that the file is a tab separated values file and automatically selects the

Delimited

radio button. Select

Next >. The Delimiters box should have Tab checked. Select Next >. Select the

Column data format as General. Select Finish.

You can edit the spreadsheet values as required and save the spreadsheet as a new tsv file for use in the

Sequence Analyzer mode. Further information on setting up the spreadsheet is available in Chapter 7 ,

“List Sequencer Spreadsheet Data Entry,” on page 91.
