Individual Test Description
7. Uncorrected System Performance Test
Description
This test checks the directivity, source match, load match, transmission tracking, and
reflection tracking which are the key S-parameter measurement hardware characteristics.
These characteristics are tested using the Agilent 85032B or 85036B Calibration Kit at 300
kHz to 1.5 GHz (up to 3 GHz for the E5062A). After an enhanced response calibration
performed for each test port, the test software is executed to output the directivity, source
match transmission tracking, and reflection tracking data. The load match for a responce
port is measured by a stimulus (source) port performed a 1-port calibration.
