Calibration Types

One Path 2-Port This calibration is for reﬂection and transmission measurements, in one

direction only (with Port 1 deﬁned as the source). To perform this calibration

using the 1.0 mm calibration kit, select:

[CAL] {CAL1 or CAL2} {ONE PATH 2-PORT}

This calls up the following menu:

Notes on the Standards {REFLECT’N} These are the same standards that are used for the S11

and S22 1-port calibrations, except that in this case both

ports are calibrated. The reﬂection standards are sorted

into three categories:

• See “Open/Short Standards” on page 3-21

• See “Shorts Standards” on page 3-22

• See “Load/Short Standards” on page 3-23
