Installing DUT Power Supplies

These shields prevent the DUT power supply from

radiating into the nearby ASRU cards causing

measurement failures. Instructions for installing these

shields are included in the procedures below, where

appropriate.

Installing the DUT Power Supply in a 307X

System

1 Remove the adhesive-backed trim strips from the

sides of the power supply’s front frame. Then, using

a #2 Pozidriv screwdriver, install rack-mount ears on

both sides of the power supply. Pan-head screws are

included with the rack-mount ears.

2 Remove the filler panel from the lowest available

slot.

3 From the front of the support bay, slide the power

supply onto the support rails at the exposed location.

4 Using a #2 Pozidriv screwdriver, secure the power

supply rack-mount ears to the front of the support

bay using 4 each dress screws (0570-1366)
