Gripper Verification test

Gripper Verification

Run the Gripper Verification procedure to verify the gripper

alignment is correct.

The test uses 4 vials position as reference positions. Select in

the scrolling list the vial to check the position.

Press

to move the gripper arm to the vial position.

Press

to lift the vial from its position.

Press

to replace the vial in the tray.

Repeat the procedure for the next vial.

Gripper Alignment

Perform a Gripper Alignment procedure if a misalignment is

noticed during the Gripper Verification test. To correct all other

vial positions within the tray, the Gripper Alignment procedure

uses two vials position as reference points.

Check Tray to begin the realignment procedure.

to move the gripper arm to position of vial 1.
