Settings Control

Mode Parameter Group

Choose the Acquisition Mode between Fluorescence,

Phosphorescence, or Chemo-luminescence.

To work in emission or excitation Multi-wavelength mode, select

the corresponding mode in the scrolling list. When selecting the

excitation multi-wavelength mode, the wavelengths from B to D in

the emission part are not accessible and vice versa.

Select in the Peakdwidth scrolling list, the peakdwidth of the

detector influencing the peak detection. A response time and a

data rate are associated to each peakwidth values.
